Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.
Late Policy
Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule you for a different time.
