Cancellation Policy
I request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a missed appointment charge equal to 50% of the total appointment cost. Fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.
Late Policy
Should you be running late, I will hold your appointment for 20 minutes provided I hear from you. If you are more than 20 minutes late I will need to reschedule you for a different time and you will be charged a missed appointment fee(50% of the total appointment cost).
